My journey as a painter began
Amidst the rolling hills and rich cultural tapestry of Romania. Growing up in a country with such a diverse artistic heritage, I was surrounded by inspiration from an early age. The earthy tones of our folk art, and the avant-garde movements of the 20th century all played a role in shaping my artistic vision. As a young artist , I found myself at the crossroads of tradition and modernity, a theme that has continued to influence my work throughout my career.

The landscapes of Romania are an inexhaustible source of inspiration for me, and the sketches made outdoors, in the countryside, feed my creativity. Those moments of silence and observation are fundamental to my artistic process.
